Tinytide is designed so that your family's data stays with you.

What we collect

Nothing. Tinytide has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The developer cannot see anything you log.

Where your data is stored

• On your device, and in your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) if you are signed in to iCloud. This is how Tinytide backs up your data and syncs it between your devices. Apple provides this storage under Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Widgets and Live Activities read a small summary stored on your device.

Sharing with family

If you choose to share a baby with someone, Apple's iCloud sharing makes that baby's entries available to the people you invite. You can see who has access, and stop sharing at any time, in More → Family & Caregivers.

Exports

Backup and CSV files are created only when you ask, and go only where you send them.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

Purchases

The optional Tinytide Supporter subscription and tips are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. Tinytide never receives your payment details.

Children's privacy

Parents and caregivers use Tinytide to record information about their children. Tinytide does not collect any of that information.

Deleting your data

Delete a baby in More → Babies, or delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy, open Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Tinytide on your iPhone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
